Papers and Canvases

Each paper and canvas in our inventory goes through 10 hours of initial testing and characterizing to make sure it performs at the standards needed to produce exceptional giclées. We receive lots of samples from vendors, but only those that are able to produce amazing results and have a place in our inventory become part of our family of products offered. Our current inventory includes: Papers
  • Hahnemühle Fine Art Baryta: Brilliant white, high gloss paper that sets the benchmark for high color depth, large color gamut and image definition. This paper gives the *wow* factor to highly saturated colour prints due to its extremely high dmax and ability to capture incredible colour gamut. It is a unique experience to touch and feel the ultra smooth surface.
  • Hahnemühle Photo Rag Ultra Smooth: Newest addition to the rag matte papers, it is similar to the Photo Rag 308 (White, 100% rag, age resistant, printable on one side 100% cotton rag), but has an improved ability to accept ink and hit higher saturation levels and greater contrast. With its extra smooth surface Photo Rag Ultra Smooth is particularly interesting for users who want proven Photo Rag quality but with less texture and a brighter white point.
  • Hahnemühle William Turner: Natural white, 100% rag, age resistant, printable on one side, fine toothy surface. The materials and structure of this quality correspond exactly to what artists have come to expect from our traditional artist's paper with regard to appearance and feel.
  • Arches Infinity Textured Fine Art: Arches Infinity is a 100% cotton mould-made paper featuring a proprietary coating designed for fine art photography and print making with pigment or dye-based inks on inkjet printers. The paper beneath the coating is the celebrated Arches cold press (textured) so the distinctive textures, pleasing hand and aesthetic beauty are retained.
  • Epson Premium Luster: Wedding and portrait photographers have traditionally used luster paper for their photos. EPSON Premium Luster Photo Paper incorporates this popular surface finish, which is ideally suited to photographers adopting a digital workflow. This instant drying paper produces vivid, lifelike images that rival those of traditional silver halide prints. It is also a popular paper with digital artists looking for the highest gamut and contrast in their prints.
  • IJ Technologies Black Diamond Satin: Black Diamond is specifically designed to provide a pleasing satin finish with the intense color saturation and image sharpness normally reserved for high gloss prints. Introduced to the Reproducing Art product line in the Summer of 2008, this canvas provides image quality previously un-seen in canvas giclées. Matte or gloss varnish is applied to finish the canvas in the look you need.
  • Hahnemühle Monet matte: Monet Canvas is a fine-structured genuine artist canvas with a special coating that is ideal for fine art printing. It is made of 100% cotton and has a weight of 410gsm. Its neutral white color is perfect for art reproduction, but also works well for high quality photo printing. The outstanding characteristics of this canvas give prints detailed color and gray shades, as well as optimal depth.
Canvases are all finished with a varnish spray sealant in matte, semi-matte, or gloss If you are not sure which paper to use, our team will work with you to select the best one for your project. We rely on our experience, your style of art, and end need to help you choose the right product.
